The challenge
Colleges and education providers run their operations across student management systems, spreadsheets, email threads and manual agent paperwork. Applications stall waiting on signatures or document checks, enrolment data is re-keyed between systems, assessment records live outside the student file, and agent commission is reconciled by hand at the end of each intake. Nobody can answer a simple question quickly: how many applications are stuck, at which stage, and what commission is owed against them.
Our solution
DevWare built Edu Central as a single connected workspace for the whole education lifecycle. Every application moves through a visible onboarding pipeline from applied through documents, terms, contract, signed, activation and active, with staff decisions captured against the record. Admissions, enrolment, orientation and assessment share one student file, so nothing is re-entered. Agents get their own portal to submit and track students, upload compliance documents and see commission in real time, while the provider side gets commission calculation, accrual tracking, invoicing and forward forecasting per agent and per intake. Integrations with existing provider systems keep records in sync, and role-based access separates college admins, staff and agents.

Enrolment
Confirmed students flow into provisioning and enrolment without re-keying data, keeping course, campus and intake records consistent.
Orientation
Orientation scheduling and completion tracked against each student file so compliance evidence sits with the record.
Assessment
Assessment progress and outcomes recorded in the same workspace as admissions and enrolment, giving one continuous student history.
Agent onboarding
Agents move through a staged pipeline: applied, documents, terms, contract, signed, activation, active, each stage visible with counts and owners.
Agent portal
A dedicated login where agents submit students, upload documents, track application status and view their own commission position.
Commission engine
Commission rules per agent and per course, calculated automatically against invoices and accruals rather than reconciled in spreadsheets.
Commission forecasting
Forward projections of commission liability and agent performance across intakes, so finance can plan instead of react.
Reporting & dashboards
Live counts of agents, students, invoices and accruals, plus pipeline reporting across every stage of the lifecycle.
Integrations
Connected to existing provider systems and tooling, with per-environment credentials and read-only modes where required.
Roles & permissions
Separate access for college admins, admissions staff and agents, so each role only sees the records they should.
Cloud delivery
